TUMBLING BUGS
(18 months - Kindergarten)

Roly Poly – 18 months to 3 years old (parent participation required)
10 to 1 ratio

Busy Bees – 3 year olds
(must be potty trained)
5 to 1 ratio

Fireflies 4 – 4 year olds
Fireflies 5 – 5 year olds
(must be 5 by 1/1/09)
6 to 1 ratio

Butterflies – Kindergarten girls
Dragonflies – Kindergarten boys
6 to 1 ratio

Mini Cheer – Girls only 4 – 6 year olds
6 to 1 ratio

Cheernastics – Girls only half and half.
½ cheerleading, ½ gymnastic equipment
6 to 1 ratio

4/6 Advance - Girls only ages 4-6 years old Invitation Only


TEAM

Girls – Pre competitive through Level 7 call for an evaluation

Boys – Pre competitive through Level 4

PROGRESSIVE GIRLS
(1st grade and Up)
8 to 1 ratio

Rollers 1 – new to gymnastics

Rollers 2 – must have:  
(F) bridge, cartwheel
(B) kick over w/incline mat

Twisters 1 – must have:
(F) lunge cartwheel, handstand, tripod
(B) pullover, casting

Twisters 2 – must have:
(F) bridge kickover w/mat, handstand to bridge
(B) back hip circle, straddle on w/ sole circle dismount

Flyers – call for evaluation



TUMBLING w/trampoline

(1st grade and Up)
10 to 1 ratio

Beginner Tumbling – no experience necessary

Tumbling 1 - must have: back walkover, strong cartwheel, backbend

Tumbling 2 – must have: standing back handspring, roundoff

Tumbling 3 – must have:  roundoff  and 2 back  handspring (connected)

Extreme Tumbling –call for an evaluation

PROGRESSIVE BOYS
(1st grade and Up)
6 to 1 ratio

Rollers 1 – new to gymnastics

Twisters – must have:
(F) bridge kick over, handstand to bridge, roundoff

(PB) rear dismount w/ straight legs, horizontal swings w/ a hop, swings under the bar to support

Flyers – call for evaluation



NEW  CHEERLEADING
(1ST grade and Up)
10 to 1 ratio

Classes will work on basic jumps, motions, stunting, and tumbling.

Cheer 1 – beginning cheer, no tumbling experience needed

Cheer 2 – must have: back walkover, cartwheel

Cheer 3 – must have: standing back handspring

Cheer Tech – 14 & older
(CHEER BOOT CAMP)
Designed to help prepare for cheer tryouts
Prerequisite:  backbend
