Roly Poly – 18 months to 3 years old
(parent participation required)
10 to 1 ratio

Busy Bees – 3 year olds
(must be potty trained)
5 to 1 ratio

Fireflies 4 – 4 year olds
Fireflies 5 – 5 year olds
(must be 5 by 1/1/09)
6 to 1 ratio

Butterflies – Kindergarten girls
Dragonflies – Kindergarten boys
6 to 1 ratio

Mini Cheer – Girls only 4 – 6 year olds
6 to 1 ratio

CheernasticsKindergarten and below -girls only:
½ cheerleading, ½ gymnastics equipment
6 to 1 ratio


TEAM

Girls – Pre competitive through Optional Levels

         

  • Advanced 4/6 - invitation only program for preschool girls
  • PreComp - invitation only program for girls 1st - 3rd grade
  • Training Team - invitation only program
  • USAG Level 3 & Up

Non-Sanctioned Rec Team

  • Level 4

                PROGRESSIVE GIRLS
                             (1st grade and Up)
                                  8 to 1 ratio

Rollers 1new to gymnastics. This level is an introductory course that familiarizes new gymnasts to each event while creating fundamental skills.

Rollers 2 must have:  
(F) bridge, cartwheel
(Bars) wall walker pullover, forward roll dismount

(Beam) able to walk on the high beam unassisted

Twisters 1must have:
(F) lunge cartwheel, handstand, tight body bridge
(Bars) pullover, casting

Twisters 2must have:
(F) bridge kickover w/mat, handstand to bridge
(B) back hip circle, straddle on w/ sole circle dismount

Flyers – call for evaluation


CHEERLEADING
(1st grade and Up)
10 to 1 ratio

Classes will work on basic jumps, motions, stunting, and tumbling.

Cheer 1beginning cheer, no tumbling experience needed

Also BHS 101 and BHS Boot Camp

   PROGRESSIVE BOYS
(1st grade and Up)
8 to 1 ratio

Rollers 1 new to gymnastics. This level is an introductory course that familiarizes new male gymnasts to all 6 men's events as well as developing fundamental skills.

Twister 1 must have:

(F) bridge, side cartwheel

(HB) wall walker pullover

Twister 2must have:
(F) bridge kickover on elevated surface, lunge cartwheel

(HB) pullover, back hip circle

Flyers – call for evaluation



TUMBLING

(1st grade and Up)
                   10 to 1 ratio

Beginner Tumbling no experience necessary

ages 6 - 11

Tumble 1 must have: 

forward & backward roll, bridge up, handstand, solid cartwheel

ages 6 - 11

Tumble 2must have: 

handstand snapdowns, solid roundoff, backbend kick over

ages 6 - 11

Back Handspring 101 - no experience necessary to enroll same as Beginning Tumbling & Tumble 1       ages 12 + only

Back Handspring Boot Camp

must have:

same skills as Tumble 2

ages 12 + only

Tumble 3 - must have: roundoff  and 2 back  handspring (connected)

Tumble 4 - must have:

roundoff backhandspring back tuck, standing series, front handspring
